Marcie L. Thomas, CLC

Marcie is the coach in COACHINGshift. She's also the Program Administrator at the Christian Coaches Network , a contributing writer at the Christian Coaching Center, the author of The New Coaches’ Guide to Marketing a Coaching Business ebook, and is a guest speaker on the topics of marketing mindset, developing a marketing plan, and developing a unique, content-rich marketing message.

Marcie draws on over 20 years combined experience in training, human resource development, marketing, coaching, and business startup. As a virtual marketing assistant and administrator to several coaches and entrepreneurs, she learned first-hand the challenges and rewards of starting a coaching business and has developed a very practical approach to overcoming the challenges and maximizing the rewards.

She earned her coach certification from the Institute for Life Coach Training. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Christian Coaches Network and is current taking advanced coaching classes with the Institute for Life Coach Training.

Marcie's current projects include creating a workshop on limiting beliefs, creating a marketing program with CCN director, Gary Wood and launching a website for personal life coaching called Know-Thyself, Unlocking Personal Progress.

Marcie and her husband are both in the ministry. They enjoy the outdoors and watching their new grandchildren grow up.
